- Fouad Hammoud has 35 years of experience in geotechnical engineering mainly in the Gulf Coast of Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Hammoud performed Geotechnical investigations and provided foundation recommendations for liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals, material handling terminals, flood protection structures, bulkheads, roadways pavements, bridge structures, low to high rise structures, utility plants and lines, infrastructures, canals, cut slopes, multi-lane highways, bridges and overpasses, waste disposal facilities, water front structures, and bulkheads. Mr. Hammoud provided field inspection and monitoring of foundation systems such as precast prestressed concrete piles, auger cast-in-place piles, drilled shafts, pipe piles, soil nails, helical anchors.
